(EVENT) Proud to be Part of First Lego League 2016

We are proud to be part of First Lego League 2016, organized by Duck Learning and hosted at Canadian International School, Lakeside campus on March 4 and 5, 2016

Space 4D+ was making special appearance during stage activities.

We saw the energy and enthusiasm of young scientists and innovators ranging from upper Primary to Secondary students both local and international. Their curiosity was enormous.

The award ceremony was attended by Guest of Honour, Mdm Rahayu Mahzam, MP for Jurong GRC

Congratulations for all WINNERS !

Here's a glance what First Lego League is all about

What is First Lego League ?

Tomorrow’s innovators practice imaginative thinking and teamwork. Guided by adult Coaches, FIRST LEGO League teams research a real-world problem such as food safety, recycling, energy, etc., and are challenged to develop a solution. They also must design, build, program a robot using LEGO MINDSTORMS® technology, then compete on a table-top playing field.

What are the challenges set by First Lego League ?

Each Challenge has three parts: the Robot Game, the Project, and the Core Values. Teams of up to ten children, with at least one adult coach, participate in the Challenge by programming an autonomous robot to score points on a themed playing field (Robot Game), developing a solution to a problem they have identified (Project), all guided by the FIRST LEGO League Core Values.
